I guess all day means something different for others
Every weekend during the event, participate in the raid against Frederick the Destroyer near the Elf Village's Mother Tree. Frederick the Destroyer will appear every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He'll appear 4 times each day he's available and everyone can participate in the raid!
Week Schedule Spawn Times
1st Week 04/25/14 to 04/27/14
2nd Week 05/02/14 to 05/04/14 4 spawn times a day
3rd Week 05/09/14 to 05/11/14 11:00/14:00/19:00/23:00 (Server Time)
4th Week 05/16/14 to 05/18/14
He didn't spawn at the 11 am time today on chronos.
he has spawned at every designated time as the web page has said, i have been there and seen it and btw it is not 11 am your time zone w/e your time zone is(unless your in the server time zone) it is 11 am server time and if i'm correct i do believe chronos server time is gmt -3. if i'm off please someone let me know thank you.
PS: to those who have yet to find the rb, the location might be a little confusing because it says mother tree and when ya first port into elven village there is the small tree that says mother tree, that is not the correct location if you head out of the village over the ramp to the big *** tree right outside that's the "shadow of the mother tree" area being referred to, you can not miss it there is a crap ton of ppl.

Fred spawns at 1100, 1400, 1900 & 2300 server time. So how do we figure out Chronos server time for ourselves?
We know that the oly starts at 2000 and ends at 2345 Chronos server time. I live in the CST time zone, oly starts at 1700 CST for me and ends at 2045CST.
SO . . . 1700 CST = 2000 Chronos time (which is the start of oly).
Fred's spaw time relates to:
1100 Chronos server time = 0800 CST
1400 Chronos server time = 1100 CST
1900 Chronos server time = 1600 CST
2300 Chronos server time = 2000 CST
Don't feel bad, I tried to explain it to some pretty smart people on last night but then I realized they didn't believe me so I shut up and as they went out there anyways and they waited, and waited and waited some more . . . that was at the last spawn time of the day, I'm glad they didn't wait until Fred respawned at 0800 CST
