All nuker's level extremely fast to 85, so pick the one you will enjoy the most.
DE = wind nukes, hardest hitter, second fastest kiter.
Human = more HP, steady DPS, dark or fire nukes depending on which way you go here, and the necro has TP like a summoner.
LE = water nukes, fastest caster, good with casting its debuffs in succession, lowest DPS but cast's more nukes, fastest kiter.
Kameal = yeah, just don't roll this class as a nuker.
Most will say go for DE, and as my sig say's I obviously agree, but you are you, so pick what you will enjoy.
After 85 you will prolly have to solo alot cause there not many ppl in this low range anymore so If you want to lvl fast then you need to AoE so go Archmage = AoE King. I would say Soulhound Nuker is the 2nd best aoe with his mass para.
