Deleted character

Hi,

Seems like I've just lost my 8 year old character since not logged in between some certain time period. BUT the fact is, that I have been logged in, and even did the changes to login information some time ago when It changed.

I made a ticket for NCsoft, but they aid I havent been logged in since 2008-2013 and YES I have been!!!

What the ****!

Asked NCsoft support whats going on, and I got like tons of questions to answer. Ansvered them all, and got reply: Cant do a thing. Wtf seriously!

So basically I had proofs that I have logged my toon in, but still they have deleted it. They are not telling me the truth that its their fault.

I think in March of 2011 they purged all the inactive characters...
