I'm a lil bit confused here ...
How come that with every maintenance we have L2 Store update.
How come that we have game bugs fixed onece / month or even that ? Same with events.
Why need to close game servers for 4 hours if you do something on official site or in L2 store and nothing in game?
[SUGGESTION] : Every time you make a L2 store update fix 1 game bug...just 1 not more.
[P.S.]: That groups that you can see in Prison of Darknes - Server Naia at every cannon...are not players who try to do daily Spezion or Epic Spezion ...are just 4 bot trains who kill every mob inside PoD from 1 week or more (4x7 =28 bots....same until last week maintenance)

question to the community manager: why do not allow the use of third party program? because everywhere u go on every servers, there is ton of bots farming. And almost all pvp movies posted on board are fully scrypted.

They would not care about that, they just want your money, only l2store work good in ncwest.
Till when they think they make money? i see people leave naia every day , and the more people leave the more people follow , prices are 100-200% lower than some months noone buys anything , gm acritivy 0 i never seen even 1 time, except in 10th event buff day and i play almost every day for a year .. Bots unbannable , in every corner in low lvl areas 5-10 orcs , Coc available only for scripters and generally imposible to progress ingame with that prices atm. You think you can keep server alive with bot activity and open-all-the-clients you have events ? Gl . I see hundrens of active people leave naia every month going to servers like innova where botting not allowed, i suggest do something before the only remaining in server will be scripters .. and im pretty sure they dont use l2store alot ..
Why someone complain? If you don't like how company act with automated hunting/automated PVPing, just stop pay. Before pay2win you needed stop play, but now you can only stop pay and still enjoy game.
If you want enjoy game with less automated characters, try server, where most of legit players escaped. ;)

14 days ago I transfered from Bartz to Chronos. I was hoping it would be more active. Well it is not. Bartz economy and people are more active for a dead Server then Chronos. I thought Chronos would be awesome. Sofar I have seen people hardly login for Epic Raids and Sieges. Most of them just login PvP one hour a day and complain. Or they login for Olympiad just two evenings a week. That's it! Since the Bot problem went totally out of control, people either quit or just stand AFK all week. The whole L2 spirit is gone. There is no commitment anymore in this game. 80% of the players are in for the money $$$. It seems tons of players are still buying adena from them or trading it for Timecards!
Even in Chronos I see a handfull of people leaving/quitting every single week. In the last seven days I have been seeing 12 different Dark Amaranthine Weapons in private shops or being put for sale in forums. They are not even normal weapons. They are all +7 +12 even +15 and +16 WTF! It is not even a joke. 90% of them are from the same alliance I have joined recently for the last 14 days! I already said wth LOL.
COC Bots/Fishing Competition Bots/EXP spots Bots/Prison of Darkness Bots. 0 chance for players who play by hand! Everywhere Auto-Pot scripters with +8 Dark Gear who are afraid of loosing against Dual Classes trying to farm EXP/SP HB, Gainak or Land of Chaos. They are bored so they PvP lower levels using these **** Z Ranger scrips. Every week I see friends quit. Some of them quit because they outgeared the other 90% of the server. This game is simply ruined in the worst possible ways. RMT one of the biggest reasons ...
Let alone the stupid Brooch which ruined the game even more. Topaz canceling, killing all Healers UD's. I took Party Celestial from 2nd Healer, I was in Undying Will and I used Crystal Regeneration. Guess what. I died with all of them either being canceled or still counting down on the floor after being killed by this Topaz jewel. Most players quit because of that particular Pay2Win item ... Why we play if skills that supposed to balance classes are useless with these Pay2Win items? Why even bother play a game like that?
All my friends started new games or went to Lineage 2 EU, because they are 1000% cheaper. 1 month and you are 99/99/80/80 for 50$ worth of items and subscription. The same items cost here like 500$ when used in the same month. WTF is wrong here?
The list gets bigger. Ignore more means dead servers before Ertheia comes out this summer ...

unless those guys offer a "servertransfer" it is impossible to start from scratch and leave xx-years behind. It has to end here, sooner or later.
You don't need to own ++ gear or be 99 for having fun.
