but he's no more giving clan advent, can't wear the cloack, sometimes can't invite new people.
He's still the leader but not really, like a ghost

Thanks for contacting the Lineage II Game Support Team.
Our QA and Production teams are already looking into resolving this particular issue. Our initial investigations seem to point to the issue occurring when a clan that owns a permanent Clan Hall in town are engaging in (trying to take) contestable Clan Halls at the same time through sieges/etc., like Fortress of the Dead, Devastated Castle, or Fortress of Resistance.
In addition, everything looks correct internally on our end: you are still the clan leader, have the appropriate permissions, have the correct Distinguished King title, etc.
However, it appears to be a temporary issue; we had a few reports (around 5) from a few clans last week that experienced the same issue (not seeing clan leader title, not being able to interact with NPCs that require clan leader to speak to them, etc.) but it was resolved before the Dimensional Siege.
So, hopefully that will be the case in this situation, as well. However, as mentioned, both our QA and Production teams are investigating this to prevent it from occurring in the future. Until that is able to occur, though, your clan will experience this issue when you try and take a contestable clan hall but own a permanent Clan Hall.

Yes we didn't see any such reports before last week, so it's something new. But we are aware of its impact and that it's a big issue, which is why all the appropriate teams are working on investigating and resolving the issue as soon as possible. I'm not sure what their current plans are at the moment in regards to a restart, but I do know they're actively working on the matter.

have same problem. not working clan leader buff, my status Grand Duke >> Count. Not clickable button <Title> on me, not show item skill in passive skill, and other. i can`t talk with npc on fortress, they say- i`m not autorized for this function and more... Two clan leaders from ally have some problems.
