you do know they only employ 2 people for the nc west servers.
there is the person who turns on the computers in the morning and empties the complaints folder, and there is the person who shuts down the computers at night.
everything else is done through advanced algorithmic computer programs designed to give us the feel of a gm presence and also increase the number of players in the game through pre programmed npc behavior like auto hunting.
pretty schwank stuff if you ask me.
it's so brilliant that Wild star actually borrowed the idea and is implementing it as a feature to make the environment seem more populated.
1 week of uninterrupted farming for chronos Hellbound solo spot BOTS !!
I first visited Hellbound only a couple months ago (when I hit lvl 99) but I'm pretty sure the bots you mentioned have been there since many months ago (not just one week).

One thing I know for a fact! Juji doesnt follow orders of the previous HGM Spamm...his BOSS now Mr Porter. How can this be? Juji must be from NCSOFT Korea or have some high up connections...because if an employee of mine didnt follow thru(and I have been in direct control of 300+ Soldiers) they would be seriously reprimanded/demoted/fired/gone to jail!
A couple months ago I reported some suspected CoC bots. My petition had no effect, the bots could be still seen there in the same spot in Oren signing for every CoC match while everyone else was not able to.
Some time later, Juji performed a public show-off action as he ported to Coliseum a bunch of dead CoC bots among which were those I've reported before.
You would think the banhammer should have hit them afterwards?
Nope just a few days later, the same bots were up again, afk signing for CoC.

Juji & the GM team are aware of everything, yet they are not doing a thing to eliminate the bots.
This is the reason who I leave the game (maybe I'll still play on sieges, maybe no), after 4 months reporting this bot party finaly I receive a answer from a gm:
"- Our logs are still being investigated.
- Our logs did not show any evidence of a violation.
- Our logs showed suspicious activity but no conclusive evidence of a violation.
- Our logs showed conclusive evidence of a violation and the discipline for that violation did not include permanent account closure.
- Our logs showed conclusive evidence that a violation was committed while the account was compromised and the account owner is back in control of the account.
- Our logs revealed a game exploit that may be fixed in a future update.
- Our logs revealed a game exploit that is minor or occurs infrequently and will not be fixed in a future update. "
Since our current support team allow people to bot, increase rmt, don't help players, there is no reason to still playing this fool game. As example a member who I know and buy U$9.000,00 from RMT, no competition here.
