Maximalize C.S - How to do?

Ok. So anyway nowadays WIT dyes are ******** for open pvp + better to have HEALTH weapon instead of magic staff/sword.

The question is how to maximalize casting speed in this setup without frantic. I am saying about 1850+ on full buff.

Thanks for help, I would like to have simple list what to do in right order. :)

EDIT#1: And I am not very rich, so highgrade epics are items which I can't afford.

Robe set
Wizard harmony
Subclass skills - attack/cast speed lvl 4
Seed talisman - everybody should have yellow and red is also feasible
+10 (+15) WIT dyes
+3 WIT hair accessory (should not be needed in robe set)
Rudolf agathion (should not be necessary)
All above you should be able to get (dyes doesnt need to be +5/+1. Personally I have +5/0, +4/-2, +4/-2). +4/-2 should be obtainable through castle/fort dungeon (knight eppaulettes)
clan skills

And expensive items: wizzard istina ring. wizard octavis ring

When I play in my personal items I have max cast speed without rudolf:
standard eternal robe set save enchant
subclass skills
clan skills
wizzard istina ring
wizzard octavis ring
longing talisman
+13 WIT dyes

But the thing is I don't want to have WIT dyes coz bigger advantage give me +15 CON on open PvP.

You are not right. +15 CON is useless for healer.
This is my endgame healer with WIT dyes. Without weaver and only with rose buff it is around 65-70k HP. I dont remember exactly.

+15 con is very helpfull for healer specialy when people can't play with valiance scrolls in every pvp. I personaly would not maximalize my cast speed i used to play only with rudolph and i had max cast speed without single wit dye and hair acc only with frantic up.

Is it possible to buy rudolph or I have to pay?

Santa's Blessing, Valiant Scroll, Fish Stew and Weaver Aghation.

Rudolph it's an event aghation, they probably will add it to L2Store when it's near to Christmas.
