Adventurers playing the Luxury Fortune Reading will be able to receive the following reward on average play count 4-6: Soul Bottle Pack. There is a 1/3 chance to receive a quantity between 80, 40, or 20 Soul Bottle Packs. The play count reward is the prize you receive for that reading.
so does that mean if you put in for 4-6 reads, you have a chance of getting a soul bottle pack or a guaranteed pack? also, these soul bottle packs give frags or the bottles?

Please advise if I understand the below correctly, the Mysterious Healthy Juice is char bound and the Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stone is not and can be traded ?
Mysterious Healthy Juice (HP/CP) - Cannot be exchanged, dropped, sold, or used in Olympiad/Ceremony of Chaos.
Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stone - Cannot be dropped, auctioned, or shared through Dimensional Merchant.
Mysterious Healthy Juice (HP/CP) - Cannot be exchanged, dropped, sold, or used in Olympiad/Ceremony of Chaos.
Character bound. You can trade it to your other characters on your server through dimensional merchant NPC.
Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stone - Cannot be dropped, auctioned, or shared through Dimensional Merchant.
It still can be sold in private stores and exchanged through trade/mail. I do not know exactly why they added the drop, auction house, and dimensional merchant restrictions.
For the Soul Bottle Pack,
It is the same one from the Aden Prize Wheel/Monthly Prestige Pack Rewards that gives out Soul Bottle Fragments and a small chance to get a raid boss jewel.
is it/will it ever be possible to transfer shiny shirts to another toon via dimensional wiz?
having all these +8 shirts on voo is taking up my wh space
I will see about requesting an option on the Dimensional Merchant (similar to the current Power Shirt one) that will allow you to send Elemental Shirts to other characters.

I just spend 50 trys with the fortune reader. I selected the card in the middle every single time.
Not 1 time did i get the "king cat" card.
What i did notice was that after i clicked there was a delay and the animation froze for a moment. Im guessing that the cards are not rolled untill after i select one, and its the reason it "lags" while turning.
If the cards was rolled before selection, there should be a even 1/3 spread on all 3 cards for the king to show up. In my case i had 0 kings to show up on the middle card, leading me to believe that the selection has absolutely zero effect.
Please tell us juji, is this intentet that the selection has no effect or is this a bug.
Would like to know before i spend all my hard earned adena, or someone goes and blow up their back acc, believing they got a 1/3 chance picking the king.....
Also, what does the king do, nothing in the event that mentions the effect of pick.

Same here, tried 100 times and did not get the cat king. There is actually a delay before the cards are sampled. Bug or a beautiful game of chance which the chancer of winning not 33.33% but 0.01%?
I filed a complaint with the aden wheel for the wheel landing on top prize only for lag to then reveal i didnt win...its too funny when real life money acts this way.

Same here. I played 50 cards on 1 side and not once did I ever get the king cat. There is definitely something wrong with that. Even if the chances were low they shouldn't be THAT low.
My question is, is it also the same if I buy the luxury tickets? or only the cheap tickets are not able to get the king cat?
Don't see in the announcement thread that the Fortune Teller Tickets can be dropped. Or I missed something? Why not let the players get the tickets like the cards from mobs? Or atleast 1-10 a-day? ;)

Ok so I tried with the luxury tickets as well and the only time you get the king cat is when you get the 4-6 tries bonus for soul bottles. So I guess that's why you never get the king cat with regular tickets.
Not sure if it was meant to be this way r if its truly messed up but if its meant to be that way then why have 3 choices? if you will always get the same card why not just have 1?
Sorry but I think this event is just another sales event and not an actual ingame event. Like the boxes on the store. The rewards from the normal tickets are just a waste of money :/

Will this event introduce server lag? Because I certainly hope so. It's the only way I know how to play this game anymore. And currently I'm not getting any as of late. So it's throwing off my game.

You can get them from mobs.
In a way.
Mobs drop adena. You get 2 mil adena, you get a card.
