Problem: ncsoft mails are not delivered to certain mail services, like mail.com
For example, when i try to recover password here, https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/forgotPassword.pl system can not even send mail. Which also result in not being able to enter account management, create ticket in support, buy coins.
I said this to tech support few times, do not tell me to report issue to them, looks like they do not care at all. This thread is some sort of reminder to NC stuff who read forums and at least have some responsibility.
your email had been added to our invalid email list. Emails are added to the list automatically when a message we send bounces back to our mail server. A bounce back generally occurs when the recipient's mail server looks at the message to determine if it will let the message pass through the server. If the recipient's server has predetermined that it is not accepting e-mails from the sender's address (for example, if it has blocked certain automated messages from NCSOFT for anti-spamming purposes), the server will reject the message and it will subsequently bounce back to the sender (NCSOFT). The message could bounce back to the sender if the mail server on the recipient's end is busy and cannot handle the request at that time, is down or if the message exceeds a predetermined maximum message size set on the recipient's server.
So, in this case, you must write a request to check their blacklist and remove your mail from it. As i suspected, problem was at NC side.
