Well, actually, Korean servers aren't the paradise everyone keeps imagining, they have their fair share of bots and RMT, the only thing they don't tolerate is automated PvP, and everyone on Lionel (the only PvP active server along with another one I forgot the name of) is 99, 16 AP and minimum +8 dark armor, so good luck trying to compete without resorting to RMT... Which is exactly what people complain about while talking about NCWEst servers (along with the PvP scripts), so tell me what's really different? With the added difficulty you need to learn Korean to actually understand what's being told to you. Besides with the new level increase now everyone is rushing to 101, so good luck with that too...
And talking about classic servers, my point are valids for those as well, don't be deceived by the shiny return to the past, bots are overrunning the classic servers too...
You are playing on a server right now where people can't do anything by playing legal.
GMs don't ban bots, scripts users, adena sellers, RMT traders.
Fake Citizen ID is equal to document forgery in most countries :) you will face ban best case scenario, or something far worse in worst case :)

U will need to buy an account 10 $ than u will need a timecard it is 40 $ in all we have 50 $ in a month to pay. And all that includes that you will be not only one user of that account. The korean guy who will register that account will have access too. We speak here about C1 which is not a simple game it is a hard grind game. To much risk as for me. If you register account by urself there are a big chance to get banned. And dont forget about the ping.
I have Blade and Soul account there, but in BnS u can get max lvl in a week for long play as in Lineage C1 it is too much risk as i told and rather expensive.
Seeing that there are several websites selling accounts with access to this game wouldnt they be the ones responsible for stealing someones ID number or whatever and not whoever buys it? Don't see how they can pin that on someone who bought an account to play the game. Thats just my thoughts about this could be wrong

You can be, it depends on your own countries laws and if Korean authorities desire to pursue the issue, which 99% of the time they won't.
The other point is quite valid btw, this would be an excellent fishing scam to play on ignorant foreigners, you make the original amount "leasing" your ID, then when enough time has gone by that it may be worth your time to harvest, reel all the fish in and change the passwords on the accounts. You couldn't do jack about it, regardless if you can change a password, since the master accounts are linked to his ID he can change everything at will and lock you out.

Yeap thats true lost ArcheAge (KR) account so. And also if you dont pay for the account in time they take it delete all chars and than sell it to other buyer. And we speak here about Lineage 2 most popular in Korea.

Peri do you fulfill your some kind of dream to be "famous" by posting in each thread your negative feelings about it? If you feel some kind special person here, well the thing is that you are not... If you just vanish one day from here, nobody would notice. I mean, I barely post here and i stopped playing GoD long time ago but stop by at forum just to read how the game is going and if there is some hope for me to find this game attractive in the future and what I see is your posts in probably each thread. I don't care that players are willing to buy adena from bots and that's why bots exist. It's ncsoft's job to police bots. The 1/6 drop rate in the new classic sever was set in order to make the game truly hard. There would be no point for ncwest to lower the drop further than that, unless their server won't be p2p.

The regular servers tick the time points of the players only after 85 and only when the character is out of towns - that's why town shops are free of charge while they play on StarCraft II.

While I was typing my post, Tiferet has already answered your question. But since it's typed, let me post it anyway for additional details:
The Classic Servers and what they call in Korea Live Servers have different L2 Stores. In the Classic Store you can only buy subscriptions (the blue things) and time point cards (the green things), nothing else: http://nshop.plaync.com/lineage2/goods/list?categoryPath=1_13
In the Live Store you can buy buff juices, vitality juices, lucky enchantment stones, fancy hats, and the promotion of the day, like at present the Brooch things: http://nshop.plaync.com/lineage2/goods/list?categoryPath=1
There are no Destruction Scrolls or stuff like that, which is one reason why the Korean players got so furious over the Brooches - they are not accustomed to this degree of pay-to-win.
NCKorea is mainly banning bots on the Classic Servers because there everybody is in low levels and sees them in the Starter Villages, where the bots prevent the regular players from leveling up by stealing their monsters, getting screenshotted (http://lineage2.plaync.com/classic/board/image/list) in the process and further ruining NCsoft's reputation, i.e. business. On the Liver Servers everybody who is anybody is lvl 100 and would have to go specifically to the Forsaken Plains or wherever to notice the bots.
The anticheat software that NCsoft had announced some time ago has never materialized, so it's obviously not doable/viable to stop characters from botting (apparently there are also bots on the Innova servers). What NCsoft does instead is using search parameters like Roman letters in the character name or payments being cancelled by the bank concerned to identify bots and ban them. The obvious solution would be to introduce a waiting period of one month between the payment having been made and the account becoming playable, i.e. only after the money is safely in NCsoft's bank vault. In this way bots that are payed for with fake credit card information would never make it onto the servers and actual players migt be lured in. But since those would only be 2000 instead of 5000 per server, this wouldn't look good.
Apart from that, the "formula" for the Classic Servers simply simply doesn't work. There never were complaints about the reduced drop rates on the Live Servers, but very much so on the Classic Servers. I still think they would let it fall to the wayside like they have with our current servers. It's possible they would be more vigilant with it,but you know after 10 years you just sort of expect nothing other than the minimal interventions of a GM or two. Basically like now.

I said someplace else this would never work, I still remember interlude and C1 and how bad the drops were then and how long it took to get the economy up and running.
I can just picture it, "Hey guys look at me, I'm 55 and I'm still wearing this awesome NG bone shield I got as a miracle drop !
