Tomorrow during maintenance we will disable dialogues for Gatekeeper Ziggurats and close access to Raid Bosses Anakim and Lilith. Disabling will remain until we get fixes for Gatekeeper Ziggurats from Game Developers.

UPD We have gained evidence of using 3rd party software when entering Anakim and Lilith on RU servers. A week ago we have closed access to Anakim and Lilith on RU and tomorrow as technical obstacles will be removed we are closing these RBs for EU and PL servers as well.

for anakim/lilith there was another QQ story. when one side start losing raids they start QQ, but at same time in .ru servers was bug when you logout 1min before 1h after port. and relogin few mins later you appear in anakim room. so you can finish it w/o problems. atleast i undersd that problem like this.
and for baium doesn't matter 1 or 5 cc will port inside. who 1st wakeup baium those and get looting rules. there everything is based on speed.
they try, gm's there actively chase them. they try to found solution. the bot population increase on Innova servers when the population on NCwest decrease. Coincidence?

on ncwest u see a gm once in a while, like they think wiping server from bots once a 3 months will make a different while next day u see everything has been replaced already :D

It matters quite a bit on Baium since its and alt raid and on a few servers its just an automated army that is mass porting in and hitting him faster than a non programmed player can blink. Kinda hard to do anything about that, and its the same on Anakim and Lillith for the automation.
About the only reason I don't think you will ever see it done on the dragons is if the GM's banned just that one time, you would see an entire server power disappear from ban's. Imagine the years of gear and L2 store deleted in one fell swoop, pretty sure the top clans have thought of this so will never attempt it. :D

Active gms most of the day. EG, HF,Swampland, SH2-3, low lvl spots totally free of bots.
Just few red weapons, and a lot of live players/party rooms all the day

bring untaged or neutral tank. and drag someone outside.. in core it helps alot xD

Yeah, because it the GM's faults the players are cheating, how dare they do something to stop that ! :rolleyes:
really how hard is it to log in on gm invisible mode and place ingame cameras at key points of the instance and review what's happening.. the bots are really really hard to miss and at that point just IP ban everything tied to those accounts..

I know of many legit players that tried/still try to farm those raids and rarely succeed cause of this issue..

I am sick and tired of so many players always coming to defend NCSoft in these things. If NCSoft were to spend the proper ressources then this could be changed. It's just a matter of wanting to. But it is also clear that NCSoft don't see the effort/reward ratio as good enough to be worth it.
it's nc logic, let's reduce adena drop rates but do nothing about bots farming epics which can be sold for much more then the whole adena nerf effect..
I am sure at some point the GM's will pass the blame and penalties along to the real players. Like always lets just penalize the wrong people, and make a sweet power point slide for upper management to look at!
Monday morning meetings go like:
Them: Hey Boss! Look, we are doing things to limit the bots! See the slide!
Boss: So no one can use it then?
Them: Well no they cant, but the real players are sheep and will just accept things we do anyway!

I would say it's the GM's fault (technically managements fault) for closing access to something in-game (for an end-game item?), just because they can't find the ban button.
Personally, I think the bot thing is an excuse to just close off another overpowered item for anyone being able to catch up. In other words, business as usual in this piece of **** game.

James, only Innove closed of access to them, as they are trying to fix the situation, also they have nothing to do with NCsoft beside leasing the game, they implement their own rules, now do you understand why his post makes no sense ?
Innove will reopen them I am sure once they have a fix, I would think people would wish GM's here would do the same thing so they became open for competition again instead of an automated alt/bot fest.
The item they give is for Talismans, something new, not a boss jewel, answering your question mark in there about end game items.

If you see a GM in L2, it's either a noob GM, or a show off action.
Professional GM in L2 will never reveal their presence.
They should close Anakim/Lilith and Baium entry over here too, those are ONLY and ONLY farmed by hordes of bots and no real players.
And those saying Innova has bots too, bla bla.Yes they do, but when you submit/report someone, they actually take a look at it and he's long gone if he's a bot or even using zr/twr/dvn.So dare not to compare Innova's managment to NCwest's please, thx.

Since they are getting the fix for the issue from NC, I think its safe to assume whatever the fix winds up being it will be patched into all their servers as well, they just aren't closing anything down in the meantime.
Then the program makers will figure out a way by the fix and sooner or later it will make its way to Innova as well and we can start this all over again. :p

That's Innova's logic and I don't see em closing their L2.I just support such actions, rather than none.
