It seems that some characters who succesfully queued for server transfers in this last cycle did not get to their destinations. Can someone please look into this?

If you are transferring on July 23rd and your server transfer fails, it won’t be processed again until August 13th.

NC Soft is timing this one tight and I bet it is for a reason. They will most likely post the patch notes as close to closing time for NC West as possible. I would guess we will see them today but not until between 6 and 7 pm EST.
I am guessing they KNOW people will raise all kinds of complaints and much discussion will be made about the things that ARE going to make people angry and they will not want to deal with it until Monday.
Not that NC west will really deal with it they will just say it is what it is.
If people dont like it they can quit.

The only thing I can think of that would seriously anger people are more nerfed drops, and drops are so bad right now that it shouldn't even register as a "nerf" at this point.
Once you learn to tune out the loudest perpetual criers, it handling this becomes less of an issue. Probably only 10% of the active playerbase posts here, so it's not really worth it to care that much about what you read on the forums. It's not a big enough sample size of the player base to be a huge deal.
