There have been times in the past where NCSoft has mistakenly banned people for different reasons. WTFast/Battleping got some people banned in the past, as well as numerous other issues.

I'm not going to cry wolf here and accuse you of using "Illegal" Software because happened to me not 3 days ago. I wasn't banned but my account was permanently disabled. I put in 3 tickets stating my case, the whole shibang, not botting, no RMT all of that stuff. The email response I received was from a live GM for the first time in my 8 years with L2 getting a live response, telling me that my account was suspected of being hacked and they blocked access to the account as a precaution. They sent me 3 emails, 1 with my pin, 1 with my new password, and 1 explaining the situation is GM detail which is almost none. I responded with a thank you, changed my pin and PW to something new and went about my day. I suggest if your truly are innocent of violating the EULA to keep putting in support tickets NICELY and wait.

you can technically get banned for leaving a looping macro while in town.
maybe they watched you for hours as a blade dancer sang every 4 minutes and 50 seconds? just because you forgot to turn off a looping macro.

or did you just assume they did it?

because that's easy, just find them, take screen shots and report them through necessary channels.
i suggest starting with the clan leader to get some good Drama.

i have same problem with 3 of my accounts
1 account was unblocked like urs
then another 2 of my account was blocked in last days ... i'll wait for this last 2 accounts :mad:
