It works like the Lucky Enchant Stones. Just make sure to get the right grade for your weapon.
Friend, you need to pay item wheight in gold to make a weapon +10 or more.
Everything related by chance from l2 its just imposible...chances are very very very slim.

Yes thank you for support, but after this and the money i spend on this game to buy ncoins, they are the ones that lose out with this events. Because now i wont spend my money no more here.

But wait, there are still brainless people here that were saying (when it was pay2play) "omg i am not going to play on official i will not pay monthly sub" and now they are spending more than "monthly subscription".
NC is happy, having stupid customers like you, ofc they will nerf the drops, items, adena, everything and they will add more items in store to make money from you. Go give them your money to earn something on a usuless pixel game but when you understand what you've done, it'll be late :D
Hi everybody, i'm new in valiance, at the moment i play in Interlude, some days ago i downloaded Lineage II valiance but til now i can't log in, i use the NC account with my e-mail and password but the game never starts it just shows the message logging....

You cannot login because you have Windows installed on. Please unistall your Windows (OS System) and try running the game again.
