The original intention of the Return Back Pack was to help inactive players jump back into the game, unfortunately due to a script issue some active users also received the pack. So to even things up for everyone, we're going to be giving everyone the Return Back Pack. Now, what does that mean exactly?
How it works:
Your account must be in good standing (not banned).
Must have at least one character level 1 or higher.
All items will be inserted to the warehouse of your highest level character on your account.
All items except for the metal suit pack can be transferred to other characters on the same account.
If you've received the pack already, you won't receive another one (duh).
All accounts that meet the above criteria prior to the August 6th maintenance will also receive the pack.
As you can see, the Return Back Pack won't be inserted until next week's maintenance, August 6th. The pack is well worth the wait. Thanks for your quick feedback we hope everyone enjoys the great items coming your way.

I received on on the wrong server. Will these be put on the highest level on each server?
It would be great if you could also fix the problem, that we cannot exchange the emerald weapon thingy at aden reconstruction guild members at the moment.

This means that till August 6th we should better free some place in our warehouses?
the more boss jewel packs you sell/give away, the longer you keep a job....loool. maybe this game can last longer than a year via bribery. but it will take alot more than boss jewels to be competitive. maybe we can buy some dark/bloody stones or packs from store next.
I honestly dont think anyone cares about freebies other than the bots/scripters. cause the average players know it doesnt matter what gear they have, scripters win.

Why in the hell to you care it is all junk anyway. oh sure, we are gonna have a bunch of ppl running around with all boss jewels for 30-days but that is it. Never seen so many ppl excited about nothing.

Well the rune is good for anyone and the chaos essence is a free permanent change for those that want to use it...............

Not to mention it was intended as a return package for old players, i personally know alot of people who quit after choosing the wrong class after Lindvior, and wanted to change back but it was too late.
This pack was (and is) a great pack for returning players.
- boss jewels pack (better jewels = better stats = farm more actively);
- xp/sp runes 20% regardless of level (almost the same as adventurer pack's rune, just minor 10% bonus - 1200 ncoin);
- free chaos essence item (2400 ncoin at store);
only these 3 items are the worthy ones that are making ppl been excited about. So, why you guys keeping asking the same question about the obvious?

I thought you had to stay the same base class with it though if you want to stay the same level? (Tyrr, Feoh, Wynn, etc).....You can only change the race specific part of that particular awakened class (Duelist/Titan/Dread etc..) .. otherwise it's back to 85 for you...might as well roll a new toon.

A lot that quit right after GoD quit at 85-86, a lot that quit that started after quit once awakened and realized they didn't like the change, for them even a level change would be no issue, as this was intended originally for returning and new players, exactly as intended.
If there is a Chaos Essence in the packs, I think every one of my main classes will change to a different sub-class, Lol.
That along makes it worth it, nevermind we weren't intended to get it so no one should be complaining unless it got bugged and sent to the wrong toon.
Rare Accessory Pack (30-day): Gives the following 30-day accessories: Blessed Antharas’ Earring, Blessed Valakas’ Necklace, Tauti’s Ring, Earth Wyrm Heart Ring.
Chaos Essence Pack (30-day): Give a Chaos Essence 30-day (can change awakening class)
Jet Bike Mount (30-day): A sleek mount with the fast run skill
Metal Suit Pack (30-day): Change your armor’s appearance to that of a Metal Suit for 30-day
Appearance Stone: Emerald Weapon x2 (15-day): Change your weapon’s appearance to that of an emerald weapon for 15 days (each)
Rune of Bountiful Growth (30-day): +20% XP/SP for 30-day, no level restriction.
Oh, its in there, thats the full list. Personally not changing a thing on any of mine, of course a lot are perma reds now anyways~~
few questions i still don't understand or can't find correctly answered:
1) The 30 days limit is for the PACK or for the ITEM inside the pack? Because in the description there isn't any timer, like all the timed items.. so i would guess that the PACK can be keept permanently until you really need it (and so opening it, will give a TIMED chaos essence potion that will expires in 30 days)
2) With the chaos essence item, you will keep your level or it's like the normal re-awakening service?

As long as you don't open the pack, it won't expire. The 30-day timer only counts down when you open it up.

You keep your level but you're not guaranteed to keep OE on skills if the classes have different skills (like Iss sonatas/dances/songs).
hello vali! i wanna ask something why we cant trade our armor with appareance with 30 days i usually use my set on differents toon and now cant do it for 30 days U.u i hope you can fix it ty anyway for these gifst are so cool :P
Thncs guys for the pack is realy nice in any situation. 1 more thing att next mentenance can you plys lower lvl on Hellbound entery to lvl 98, i know many peoples that wana risc there xp there like in gainak att lvl 93 95:) , And is a fun farm for power lvl for any class i thinck, 1s that in gainak we need a full day just for 2 3 %.
