Whats the symbol you need to use to write something in the world chat? Since I can't write in it yet, just getting curious. ;)

Only way I can think of to use it more than once is to not use it at all a few days, you get one point a day, it costs one point to use.
I've been trying to not use world chat 2 days to have 3 shouts rdy on the 3rd day. But.. its not about that. Some ppl either use a bug/cheat/what ever or NCSoft simply messed it up once again. Several ppl (like at least 10% of server) can pretty much spam in world chat.
Ok, this is probably going to be a stupid question, but we are all allowed one now and again, even me. I don't really use the NC store, is there any chance there's something in there that allows multiple world chats ?
If not, and if they are somehow circumventing the system, this would be a lovely time to take some screen shots and have NC hand out some temporary bans. :D
I always have 10 per day, don't know why or how nor do I mind of course, but majority has only 1 per day. It's unfair in a way, seems they need to fix this. It's enough to have stupid shouts in hero voice, don't really need more like that being spammed in world chat :rolleyes:
I agree that we should be given an option to shut out world chat's sound.
i don't see a need for the world chat pop up
unless you have it off in regular channels.
but i imagine that only gets confusing not being able to backtrack.
so i just turned it off.
which also turned off the sound.
i figured it would especially annoying if someone had 7 accounts running with sound... but i doubt that happens and i doubt it would be as bad as other sound effects like shots and hitting from 7 sources at once.
i can't even use it on my sub classes.
let alone my unawakened characters.
or even my forum namesake.
i was talkin' to dracha briefly and had the idea that maybe if i went Red i could use it... imagine a Chaotic character only word chat...
that would be great. of course it would always be there and you couldn't block it... or else it wouldn't be worth it.
Didn't want to make another thread so how can i make it so lets say in clan/ally chat I only see clan/ally and private message chats instead of all bloody chats? THis happened after this recent update.
I used to look at PMs in my clan chat, but now they get removed cuz of all the ! and hero chat??

there is a little Hammer to the left of the chat box.
click that and you will get several options.
make sure you are on the Clan chat tab and you will be able to select which chats make it into that screen. you can even use one of the tabs for more specific damage, consumable, or pickup history.
