Second Wind Skill Bugged

Since before Ertheia update, Tyrrs with more than 110K hp (full buffs + rose) dont recover HP when use second wind skill. The maximum HP is increased but not the recover when u use it. Also yesterday on dimensional siege, my friend used that other stronger buffs (weaver aghation - that use girls soulstones) probably i had more than 170k of hp, but bugged to 130k of hp on screen, the feral ogre cry that recovers 10% of hp and also second wind skill that recovers 35% was not recovering.

I would like to know when Ncsoft will fix this, cause its bugged for at least 2 months+ where i know...

This has been bugged since 3 years now. The effect occurs when you're over 115k HP and you can't have more than 133k HP.

It's a bug confirmed by the support, but no fix has been provided ever since.Besides only Tyrrs can get over 133k HP, therefore no-one cares.
