what are the best option for sahya's seer pve option ?
Also where is great place to solo at lvl 91? Nobody really wants me for group party, since I lack aoe. Im the last choice over any class in this game :(

It is kind of a pain not having decent aoe's the fighter is worse. But I have seen several of the seers aoe by relying on squall and the purple thingy.
WIT is more useful if you have a lot of situation where you find yourself without any buff, the advantage of WIT is more chance of critical hit, but with INT you hit harder every spell so it's meh.

I agree in most situation INT better than WIT, still some player who do a lot of oly could have some use with WIT.
There is no scenario where WIT > INT or it should even be a choice between the two assuming you can afford the INT Tats.
Not sure who some player is. On this class, the choice should be INT, period, assuming you can afford the Tats. If you have no other choice (which is almost impossible as there are lower INT Tats that are dirt cheap, though you may need one WIT tat to offset the -WIT they give), then yea go ahead and TAT WIT since it's a gain even though the gains are laughable compared to INT.
I know INT is better in most situation but someone could go for a set of WIT too. The easiest way to do a lot of damage is to get a lvl 4 storm on a target then you spam hydro flare on him and without buff you need the extra WIT to have a good enough casting speed.
