I just use Chaos essence to exchange my main class for Iss Iss Hierophant Sword Muse. continued with all major skills. however lost Skill (protective ditty) who fills read before using my 8 Rune Stone. wanted to know if this eh usual because I have the same Skill for les again and as the other was not necessary to read again I thought it would be unfair to have to read this again because these items are very difficult to obtain.
I wonder if it is possible to add me again this skill on my Char.

Its a class exclusive skill. Its expected to be lost. Though you should PM Juji about the Rune Stones, those should definitely be refunded.
No it shouldnt be refunded, then people would want their investment on skill enchants back aswell, 10+ is like 2x the price of these runestones, and Juji already said they wont refund anything (if i remember correctly).

if the skill is shared across all classes, it should keep its enchant.
When switching from a Bishop to an EE I kept my +10 lumi along with other shared skill OE's.
Unless this song/dance/sonata/ditty w/e is different among classes (name) which it isn't from what I can tell, there is no reason it should have been lost.

Mhmm, but since its not an enchanted skill it may be different. Its a skill that costs rune stones.
Rune stone skills have been around for how long and you've already gained and lost one? sounds like you should have switched your class before obtaining the skill. because each rune stone skill for enchanter is unique to the class.
basically i am saying to get your stuff in order before you make decisions or else suffer the consequences.
As you all can see the skill Protective Ditty can be acquired by any race of ISS Enchanter so them it's not a race skill.
All ISS Enchanter that have this skill can check that this skill can not be enchanted.
Now let's think about all this fact:
1º - Isn't a Race skill
2º - wasn't enchanted
3º - spend time/adena/itens to get those 8 rune stones
I don't see any motive to give back the skill to the player. Hope that this facts could open Staff's eye.

The names of the skills are slightly different.
Also you made contribution to L2 community. Now we know Rune Stone skills don't transfer.
I GMed the same thing when I switched from Duelist to Titan right after not this update, but the last one? I think. NCsoft literally only changed the name of one of my skills on tyrr duelist and forced it upon you with the update and when I switched class I lost all skill enchantments and actually had to re-train the skill all the way up. They told me to go **** myself too, so I highly doubt you will get anything back |:
