Character problem

I had an Iss in goddess of destruction but stopped playing for some time. Now i downloaded the ertheia client and i log in but i cant find my char. Do i have to do something like transfer?

First of all talk better. Secondly i dont expect you to do anything since you are not a GM or Admin. You could ask nicely about any info you want.
