Well after 2 years off the game i finally got a little bit time to play again, but there have been many changes, but what really bug's me is the diversification.
I am mostly able to play at nights of south america, so i will like some advice so advice since i used to be main iss, ofc i will test but would like to know the opinions of ppl with more exp.
I plain to go slow and full pve till 99 and probably then still going to be more a pve person but yet interested on some pvp for fun. Probably mostly random party + solo player, so knowing that in your opinion what would be the best class to take, ISS HIEROPHANT, ISS DC (my personal favorite but maybe in the way that i going to play not the best) or in last and least ISS Spectral dancer.
maybe I'm old school, but I like the DE spectral ISS best. But, usually I just pick the character that does the most damage/fastest damage possible, because I don't want to spend a lifetime leveling to 99, I don't die because I have VR rolling constantly and hunt fast.
I have a prophet that never got further than lv65 just because they just become so weak in my opinion 65-85. They are basically a mage that can wear heavy armor, but have no attack skills or attack spells, can't heal very well and have only 2 useful buffs that mentor guide cannot give for free.
I have not tried dominator, but again that is better for parties so I don't flock to that profession
Dark elf is probably your best bet for enjoyable play.
sure Hierophant has a faster reuse on skills, but dark elf has a self BR.
and an aoe petrify skill which may or may not only last 3 seconds...
Sws has a self defense boost.
Dominator is not better for party actually.
not anymore. every unique skill they get is pvp restricted.
if you're willing to not take knight harmony you can use soul guard which gives you a self buff toggle for an extra 600 p.def.
warcrybaby has a nice single target damage over time skill
it's killer in pvp with the whole hit and run aspect of the olympiad.
