servers went down when i was doing an app stone boss the other day, a lvl 98 one i might add, and when they came up the app stone boss was no where to be seen. we got it to around 1/4th hp too, logged in as soon as the servers went up, and he was no where to be found. also didnt have the stone back.
contacted support and got no reinbursement. sad days these are.
Same here,bougt some XP boosters and only could use them for 2 minutes , feel like throwedmy money to the toilet....i think ncwest should do a rollback before all this ******** stsrted when they fix that, or recoverour ncoin spent or something, but gives us a solution, cuz we literall paid for nothing.
I can see ncsoft seeing this a blessing peoples exp runes will out and they will buy new ones making ncsoft money so the longer servers down the more they make from the ncoin buyers.
