D3VASTATlON Aug 26, 2014, 8:16 AM #2 I just toggled the wit pendant on my healer, +3 wit gave my de healer exactly 70 Cast speed so I would assume it's ~23.3 Cast speed per however I'm fairly certain there are wit plateau' that I can't test.
