kamael used to be very powerful.
they eventually gave many kamael abilities to other classes.
they also reduced some of the effects of kamael abilities.
so yeah... kamael were nerfed.
although they don't require souls to use skills anymore which is i guess an improvement.
but they used to be top dogs in the pvp category.
so over time... we will learn tricks and beat the new kamael 2.0.
It's no different than daggers and isses that play the hit n hide. If ncsoft isn't going to adjust them, I don't see why they would adjust the same thing with the seers.
If you can knock them out of their hide, or get them before it, then it's certainly going to be much easier to kill them, but so long as they are able to do the most damage off the bat and get away, they are going to just keep away from you as much as possible.
Evic are pretty OP in their own right. Unless you can interrupt and/or wait out their steel mind they are going to lay a major hurt on pretty much any class.
