I have an account from 2007, would love to be able to log into it. How ever I can not log in from my new location, and I live 100 miles from my old loation and am on a new isp.
How can I log in to make a ticket? IF it will not let me log in due to the location, also tried verifying with email, but nothing came to my email account.
the servers have been down for the past 4 hours or so for their weekly maintenance. Your location shouldn't matter, when the servers are back up you should be able to login fine with your old credentials

If his account is from 2007 that puppy got thrown in the river sadly.
not necessarily, I recently discovered 3 accounts each with 7 40 lvl destros all with chrono maracas. Guess what they were for? Yup clan rep from when C5 introduced clan lvl 8 :D

I think they deleted super low levels
It all has to do with last log in date, I have a couple of friends that their accounts are just gone as hadn't logged them in at all, and they were good levels.
I have some friends with crappy accounts this didn't happen to that just logged in every 6 months or so and just happened to relog after GoD hit and this saved them. GoD is the key date, before and after, so the top levels we're even talking here is 85. They did a pretty big wipe of long unlogged accounts shortly after GoD of accounts that hadn't logged in after GoD at all, or a long tome prior.

The dates in question were characters not logged into between November 30th, 2009 and June 5th, 2013. Also, it was just the characters that were deleted, not the overall account. More than one player has reclaimed their old account to find their characters purged in the database cleanup.
To the OP, you can attempt to migrate the account or otherwise open a Support ticket if you're having trouble locating and/or migrating the account. If you open a ticket, just be sure to include as much information as possible for them about the account.
