We need a draco or a letter collector event please, faster, sooner. These kind of event makes the servers more alive, when you know you're gonna profit from the hours you're going to spent into grind. I personally started losing interest in the game.
Made some quick tests and gave up soon after. The rewards from this particular event are not interesting or even worth to get.
I also lost interest in this event after taking an average of 40 carrots per hour. Conclusion: It is another BOT event. BOTS can farm non-stop 24/7 while the driver is sleeping at night and is going to school during the day. GF

Most common. 1 Dye; 9 (at random BSOE/BREZ/Elcyum) and 10 (at random Bottle Fragments) non-stop for each 20 tries.

Not true, don't forget that for only a few hundred to thousands+ dollars of investment, you can try as many times as you want via the nc store! (which is, I'm sure, what they are hoping for more than the massive bot trains cashing in on it).

Which leads me to believe NCSoft is starting to use the bots to their advantage. Cheap carrots and private botters (the ones who don't sell their adena), buy these carrots for 77k-40k a piece making it a great way to "legally" buy adena through the L2 store.
I wish NCSoft would do 2 things.
1.) Accelerate lowbie leveling. Seriously, there is no god **** point of making the 74-85 grind tedious. Its already hard as is at 98+ don't make it so that the newbies get scared off and bored of the grind.
2.) MAKE MORE EXP SPOTS. Seriously I'm sick and tired of fluffies jumping into my mobs and kill stealing everything in DV. There are a crapton of areas that can be remade or the exp rates adjusted to we don't have to deal with this.
That's why the drop rate sucks..so you'll buy. With the lame rewards and no chance at the boss jewels, why bother.

Alrighty I gave this event a try. I spent $30 and purchased three carrot packages.
12,000 carrots and 300 Galup pouches. I got ONE +5 Windy CHA, lots of BSOE and BREZ. Lower level windy dyes. Many bottle parts. Being you need 1,000 parts to make a bottle there's a steady market for them. I got two unicorn circlets and enough Elcyum powder to make two crystals from it.
All in all the profits from the items were worth it to sell to other players,but you need so many bottle fragments that unless you have a bank roll to blow you won't be obtaining enough. Overall I felt selling the items would net you more profits than selling the carrots alone would. the +5 Windy dye sold well over 100 mil and the Baium frags were going for 11-12.5 mil each. Elcyum Crystals with a 3 mil investment to trade them sell at 14-15 mil minus that 3 mil investment. Some of the lower grade windy dyes like Lv. 4 & 5 fetched 20-30 mil. If had multiples of a valuable item you, I say could do very well in terms of the market.
Now for you folks who complain about adena and had $10 to burn this would be your event. It's a small gamble to get valuable items,but you still would make some adena either way if you needed it.
Its not true . Bots can't make bigger ammounts of carrots than legits :). Its confirmed. But i definitely will not say u where and how because im doing it myself ;).
doing ~12000 carrots per day. So only l2 store can beat that ... or buy shops :D.
Conclusion this event profitable only for legits :)
Yesterday met the horse in the cemetary: fed him 7 carrots and it droped the gift pouch. Double click on it and it becomes a carrot pouch, double click again and it gives 7 carrots :) Perfect reward: feed 7 carrots and get 7 carrots :)

There is nothing to tell about my nights . Drop rate of carrots is so miserable that 24/7 bot can pick only ~80 per 24 hours.
I play l2 from 8 to 20:00 in between cooking , gym etc . Doing jut some runs around map as legot player. Every day get ~12k carrots .So idk how many bot trains i would need to get this ammounts :D. So im saying only that it is not bot event. U just lazy who cry in forums 24/7 and want to do NOTHING to get those ***** carrots :D

quit leveling and go find/feed the horses, you make plenty of carrots (but no exp)
At least on Naia nobody feeds them, they just stand there ... figure out where they spawn, run around the map, feed them and get the carrots if they are SO important to you

so your problem is getting 7 carrots? Run around the kranrot pit for half an hour, the bots don't pick them up. Or Swampland, or the archer spot in varka. Off the top of my head, there's probably other spots where bots don't pickup drops.
without health? That's a hunger bar, you select the horse, click on the carrots in your inventory 7 times till it's full then the horse poops a bag with more carrots init. And you move to the next horse

I got 40 from hunting with my fluffy for 3 hours.
The rate aren't to bad, but the drops I really don't care for the notion. But after reading Peri's post then doing the math myself, I might as well take the risk and try it. I'll make some money and I'll also nab myself a Unicorn Circlet and Pegasus Agathion, which are the only two items that really interesting from this event.

I sold the two circlets for 3 mil each, they are ugly really. The agathion I have because years ago it was a free item given from a update I think. It's not that amazing. Funny enough I didn't get one of those. I know of no one who got any boss jewels either.

I've rerolled my SH sub into a pwny master since SH and Zerker now are way too similar in gameplay when I do Baium with my clan so I've switched to something slightly different.
As a Pwny master I want to be as representative of my class as possible, meaning pony everything (I feel like Laby nao).
But at some point yah NCwest reduced Gallup spawn rates like 5x :D Gj.

The first few days were great for me because not many people figured out how to do it, but after they posted the info on l2.com there were many more people doing it. I wish they would of kept it a secret so not so many players would camp the spawn sites!
At this type of Events NCsoft should consider to add also Queen Ant's Ring, Ring of Baium and Orfen's Earring in it. I see in the market twice as much, if not more, Raid Boss Soul Bottles then there are Accessories to put them on. The only accessory I see is plenty in every Auction House it's the Frintezza's Necklace.
It is ridiculous to see 10-15 Orfen Soul Bottles being sold and not one single Orfen Earring in the Auction House to put them on. It is ridiculous to see 5 Baium Soul Bottles and only one Ring of Baium in Auction House. You got my point I hope?
Last few Events these Fragments are being introduced in huge masses. How about adding some Accessories to keep it balanced: Bottles versus Accessories?
