Blessed High-grade Lucky Enchant Stones

I have noticed that the chance of enchanting armors have been lowered. Used them when they were released first time and I only had one fail. Now I used it...It fails A LOT.

Any experience with this? I really think the 30% chance don't work as compared to it was before..And NC pls fix this.

fix korean random? it can be even 90% or 1% , it will be the same korean random

i'm agree, i have noticed on Lucky enchant stone from mentee guide, i fail really more often than before. maybe the problem come from stones maybe from enchant rate.

the lucky stones from mentee are a bit different , was testing them and for first try i made a +8 immortal shield

maybe shields are easier?
maybe not, but still +8 on your first try is something to be spoken highly of.

Where do you get the blessed lucky enchant weapon stones for C-S grade? I checked the store and the only thing I see is that enchant weapon pack for 240 coins which contains a D thru R.
