Two at least have been arrested, so yeah, stick a fork in 'em. Once they've all been arrested I'm sure there will be some kind of announcement so others in the future are aware of what can potentially happen to them.

Not an optimistic view actually, I just meant that I am sure the civil authorities will make an announcement when they think they have arrested all of them or concluded their investigation in order to discourage such things in the future.
