Another Detail... they mention that prices are 40 bucks in retail... IF ADENA is not available through legal market to purchase cos of RMT then how can you TELL that the first price of 1billion adena is 40 bucks?
Are you saying that i am able to sell the adena for 40 bucks without getting banned? or that you are going to put 1billion adena through NCOINS for a value of $40?
Or even that you purchased the billion adena for 40 bucks through some "ILLEGAL" website that is not "COMPLIANT" with your terms and condition

a) go to law school
b) figure out that run a GLOBAL prize draw you have to abide by 196 different legal definitions of what constitutes a contest, what constitutes a lottery, and which of the two you are allowed to run
c) then smack yourself upside the head
d) in legaleze they have to limit it to US residents, cause then some crazy dude in I dunno Vanuatu could sue them in a court there, guess what? They 're in no mood to go hire lawyers in Vanuatu
e) in practical terms you can enter the contest since the prize is digital, not real world

it is available to the whole community, they said so themselves. The limit to US residents is a legal waiver, nobody's gonna ask you your mailing address so that they can US Mail you your adena if you win. Oh and by the way, it's not a global game, NCWest is licensed for North America, Innova is licensed for Russia and a branch of it for EU (or Europe I forget which) etc. The fact they don't block IPs doesn't mean there aren't licensees for different territories.

Innova is a russian publisher company. For Lineage 2 they have a daughter company 4game, 4game is licensed for Russia, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and EU (all countries in the European Union).
But so and so Innova and 4games horribly sucks thats why so many russians here.
