Hi,i return yo game after a while and this time a parent play with me,i have diferente chars, two awakened chars other not,one of that not awakened chars is a dark avenger lvl 73 but my parent start from lvl one. And that is what i dont know to do,if start from 0 a mage char (with my parent) or help her after reach my lvl with the dark avenger or with my awakened char that what is ISS Sword Muse. With ISS my parent have permanent buffs and i have coins if i turn her my mentee... But with DA she have protección,and i have a dwarf bounty hunter too, what to do???
Getting to 70 is rather easy while soloing. You however can choose to accompany your parent with a new character to get him/her accustomed to the game.
Your parent can have the protection buff untill level 40 so no one can mess with them. As Tif said, getting to level 70 is a cake walk, if you're worried about PKer's messing around just shadow your parent with the Iss and you can pop out and defend him/her at need, even the buffs aren't needed as your parent will have them already from being mentored.
Once your parent is 70, you can jump on your tank and party with them your hearts content if thats the goal. GL to you, rarely see the parent jumping into a game to do something with their kids working out in the long run as a hobby, but there have been a few I know of that have.
By the way remember that the lv limit among party members (and between character and mob being hunted) to get full XP is 5 levels now, opposite to previous chronicles where this limit was 9.
Another thing you can do to help speed up your parent is play the Iss until your parent is 70+ and just gather trains for them. Thee train will be happily whacking away at you and when they turn alls you need to do is maybe toss them a heal, but generally, its already to late for the mobs anyways.
This was one of the things I did when I was making myself new toons after GoD hit. Also very good to party the Iss, drag the other toon ( auto follow ) and let the Iss do quest mob killings for you, you get no XP, but you were there for the quest anyways.
