Thanks Ncsoft! Lindvior raid with 200ppl on Chronos. Took 2 hours to organize. After another 2 hours+ in the instance you down the server. ROTFLMAO!

You'd think after 10 years you would have implemented saved instances when the server goes down.

its a conspiracy by your competitors, not ncwest's fault!

Bot clans overloaded the server by logging in all their bots at once?

they dont give a **** .. they will just say "not our foult"

they wasted 4 hours for 200 ppl(legit players) ... **** up an event that sunshine preped for 2 weeks ..

Ncsoft don't care i remember when old times valaskas and all the dcs and ncsoft saying it was part of the raid and nothing to fix.

Atleast one hour was wasted just getting the cc the proper size and classes. You cant blame NCsoft for that.

But ya, it sux server goes down when you doing a big raid. But cant we all just come back and do it later? Not today obviously, cant expect euros to raid in the middle of the night for 5 hours. But some other day can probably be coordinated.

NCsoft here only to milk in-house LOL2store RMT market from lolbots and loltryhards:D

2 weeks ago I had a 98 APP stone boss at 1/4th hp and the server went down, when it came back up there was no app boss anywhere and no stone. Made a support ticket and NCSoft never reinbursed me or the people in my party.

Lindvior was going great, was frapsing it too, and why look at this the server went down..

Let us see what happens when it goes back up.. but let me guess.. it'll be restarted.

You can't ban bots, you can't reinburse paying customers, and for compensation you give crap angel buffs that get replaced by rose buffs.

dont worry, I heard all NCWEST employees expecting bonuses for xmas/new year for outstanding performance...if I am wrong I cant say you didnt deserve it (loool).

The key to server crashes are to make things fair, so obviously you guys were not fair....should of brought me!

Just read this:

All game servers will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, August 27th, 2014.

With this maintenance:


The Hungry Horse event begins tomorrow and will run until September 17th.

We've fixed the issue where Lindvior boss raid could not be completed.

So Lindvior is programmed to crash the server once it hits 50% hp? That means APEX caused the server crash lol.

Might want to correct one thing. this was more than just sunshine making this happen. Preptime aside, there several clans that worked this for some time.



In the end it doesn't matter. NCsoft has been planning to end this game for awhile. Just normal ops since they know they wont compete with the games coming out now. Old engine, and crappy in-game management. Don't say I am talking crap... just look at how ineffective their methods are to control scripters and bots.

Losing a raid is small potato's compared to the overall lack of care by anyone working for NCsoft. Dragon raids are nothing. Unless it involves the bottom line (money)! Then they are all up in that stuffies!

Naia is the server to be on now! We don't crash on dragons anymore. Given certain clans left, a lot less scripts running maybe?

1 - sunshine was maybe the main engine in organisation of this event , but shurly it wont be even near possible without the help of our aliance and all the other clans like RR, ***, Underworld Ally and Angel of Aden that together build maybe the nicest comunity on l2 ..

2 - also think ur right about l2 days r on countdown torwards total shutdown..

Hey, welcome to Naia, that used to go down at every Lindvior raid!

Well, that was really, really painful when we realized our Dragon Raid is ruined (second time btw!) but I don't think our QQ will help anyhow to solve this problem. We learned a lot about this raid, we got our people ready and we know how to deal with it now, so I wouldn't call the few hours "wasted". All we can do now is try this raid another weekend with even better setup as we had yesterday.
I just feel sorry for people that changed their in plans in real or spent money on Rose Essences, Windy Scrolls etc just to see how server crashes in half way to success.
Anyway I have to say we all did great job and thanks all for comming! I hope this little issue won't abate your enthusiasm :)

No clue but jelous - organize things better including shares, only then I can agree. Stick your head into the sand more,so u dont have to see the lilith&anakim bots farm those raids or other raids- because we are the only ones trying to compete successfully in chronos in a way it supposed to be- all other clans/ally/communities are just incompetently organized.
