After more or less one year without playing L2 I decided to return to play this game that I always loved to be fun and a way to make new friends.
Unfortunately the server that I used to play almost has no players, Bartz. So I started playing again in Chronos.
But I'm really disappointed, the game is great, I liked the new skills, new areas etc, but see that ncsoft sinning continues to allow "players" (people who use bots are not players in my opinion) continue to use these programs and what seems to me they did not try to disguise it anymore.
In 8 days I did my lvl 1-85 ertheia and now that I need to farm XP in hunting grounds level 85+, the game lost all the fun.
Places like harmak, garden of genesis, bloody swamp are filled with bots.
Yesterday the server was rebooted and when it got working again I went to harmak and in all floors that I check there were only a few players. But the joy lasted only 15-20 minutes, after this time all floors were filled again by bots.
Side note: Even devs of private Lineage 2 servers knows to block and prevent boters. The ncsoft devs are less competent than them or ncsoft does not really care about it?

Your forget to mention that private devs also sell characters, gear, adena, they also have GMs which play as usual players (rendering you unable to hide from wars, since player with GM abilities can find you anywhere). They also ban legit players and then force to pay them money for unban.
That is why private illegal l2servers are not an option.
NC USA are not the best one, but still all others are worse.

Just join in Bartz and check those places:
Spezion - Arround 3 Parties
Harnak - Arround 21 Parties
Nornil's Cave - Arround 33 Parties
GOG in Magmeld Zone - Arround 55 Parties (With pt PK to protect the their spots)
Fairy in Magmeld Zone - Arround 10 Parties
Pagans Temple - Arround 4 Parties
Guilliotine Fortress - Arround 40 Parties
EDIT: Orbis temple - Arround 10 Parties
Get a look in it and check out who want.
I dunno what NCsoft is thinking about, it's soooooooooo EASY ban and nobody does nothing.
Server Bartz today is just 5% of players and 95% BOTS running out.
PS: There have 2 clans called DumbDumbs and Orchestra, those two clan have arround 10 parties in Bartz each one their.

lol i don't know what kind of private servers u played but i started playing l2 on privates and played many before come here. and there are pretty good servers, i can say, official is one of the worst servers i've played.
ok maybe there were 2 of them where gms have a char, and they "gifted" items to his char(actually those servers died after uncover that), but that is the same here with all the big clans/players botters/scripters/ebayers/rmtrs from here...
i mean on those server were some "edited" players, but were just some, not big deal..
here you have just SO **** MUCH of them...
when i was on private server i watched videos from official server and that "legendary" players from big clans and y really wanted to play like them, but now that play here, i know they were nothing more than a bunch of botters with full gear/skills, scripts and autopots and many things a legit player will take so much time to get or even never.
the only thing i like more here than the private servers are the low amount of bugs and the new content. actually i had quitted l2 time ago and came back to play GOD here coz it went f2p =P

Worse? imposible... what a joke, all areas & all spots are infested during weeks for same bots.. is ridicolous, just a business, ncwest the worst l2 server ever....
