There is a pretty big difference between the old situation. Where bots/RMT were around, but kept to the edges of things and mostly out of sight.
The situation now is like saying gambling is illegal, but your neighbor tore down his house and built a casino that's open 24/7, complete with a huge flashing billboard and people/cars lining the streets at all hours making life impossible... and the cops just drive by like it's a normal house.

Do not worry. Word is Nova returning to Chronos in October. They'll clean out all the bots so us legits can xp and quest again.

The difference between this MMORPG and others are... well... just take a look:
Game Activity Status: About the same as L2, maybe a little more alive.
Game Age: 3 years older than L2 (released in 2001 I think).
Time before ban: less than 24 hours
Oh and unlike L2, they have a classic server (pre-renewal, which is like pre-GOD in L2)
