Can some1 who already have this skill tell me how it works?
What is the reuse?
How fast it cast?
Does it land 100%?
Does it block all of the enemy skills in pvp? Its lke silence or somethink like this?

Couple minute base, so decently quick with good reuse gear/buffs.

Nearly insta cast.

600 range.

it prevents any physical or magical skill from being used.

It is a mental attack so you need to stack mental bonus quite heavily for it to land on people (due to mental shield being op:/), but it will land decently if you meet the requirement. Very strong in class based, especially if your opponent doesnt cast mental shield.

outside of oly (open pvp) I was landing it quite reliably vs. people with blessed antharas + antharas + soul baium + mental dual trait (20%)

I suppose i could stack a beleth for even more mental bonus but that was enough for it to be good.

I still need 1 more AP point to get this skill but it looks like i will need to change my jewel for more mental bonuses. Soul frint and soul queen + coc earing dont give me any mental bonuses :( looks like we need zaken or antharas.
