if you dont get any of the higher tier items, its a big waste of money. none of the middle/lower tier items that you get alot of make your toon any stronger or gain you adena worth what it cost you. a few things are decent, but like I said above, not worth the money spent. just buy what you want/need.

It's the weekend, you'll probably have to wait until Monday,normal business hours (west coast). None of us on the forums can do much for you, other than check how many items you have and try it.

Most of the times it's 0.0000000001% chance to win something. Should they raise the chance, everyone would get something and that would be it. There wouldn't be a reason to spend more money on the game and that they don't want.

These events are designed to compete with the farmers imo. To be a good Associate Producer, Juji should/must have done research about the farmers' adena rate and adjust the prizes given and their respective probabilities. Most of the events seem to yield approximately the same or better USD-to-adena rate than the farmers' rates, given that the sample size is large enough (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_large_numbers). It's only "gambling" if you want something expensive that has a small, set probability while spending very little.

As a huge gambler myself from slots to poker to L2, I can honestly say that the odds to win a high level reward are alot better in casinos from my pov. I dont know how the game mechanics are setup for L2, but I do know how much I have spent and the top rewards I have gotten. I did very well the 1st aden wheel ever, and havent won in any event since. kinda makes me think its more than just luck/odds based off of how much money I have spent. many times over the last few aden wheels I have had a spin slow down/land on a top item only to "skip" really slow off the top item to crap. in the past i submitted support tickets, but I dont care anymore. This game and the way it works just isnt fun anymore.

I gained a couple of billions from the Wheel with only doing 120 spins, so I take the BSOE for granted. I just got a ton of items I don't need (immediately) so I wonder which items I can take out and sell on the market. I've seen people selling Emperor Cookies as well as Expertise Runes, but on the latter one I'm not sure of they come from the wheel or from fishing. But items like the Ertheia Boost Scroll, can I sell those? And what about the Attribute/Super Stone/Super Crystal packs? Can I sell those as is, or only the item inside, or is the item unsellable but the box is? Also, can I sell/trade the SP/Fame scrolls and the Drop Runes?

No , actually almost nothing is sellable , you can't sell the ertheias scrolls and neither the SP scrolls
But you can sell (only private store) the expertise , instead of you open the stones or dyes packs you can sell it
About the whell , actually (for the very first time obobo) i spent a few euros and attempted few spins...and the real question which came through my mind was :
WHY THE **** should i waste moneys and have as reward useless items like bsoe/brez/fortune***ingpockets as rewards? i mean , gemstones are 40x , actually worth (even if not a lot) 20-30kk , but 200k pocket or 20k adena bsoe are not worth 1 euro , lol.
