None. All servers are full of 85-99 people.

Don't waste your time here, you will only be disappointed as bots and PvP scripters are the only ones who can do anything.

Chronos is the most populated NAIA is second and more suitable for people in Europe. Bartz is mostly people from Latin America
None of the servers are newbie friendly in the sense that there isn't a huge amount of new players plus the game pushes you to solo to 85 and get there pretty quickly
