Naia became the place to be for top end pvp for about a month when several groups including Nova transferred there.

Russ, I'm not confusing anyone. Before Bartz merged into Chronos, it took 2 merges (the second one being the biggest). When LP/Enmity/DarkOrder/StripClub and 20+(?) other clans I don't care to mention merged into TD; bots, hypocrisy, and script usage (not at the level of nova, but they were being used) became a requirement for being in most clans (90% or so). I've talked with most leaders on this and they told me if they kicked out the botters they wouldn't have anyone left in their clans (even screen shotted them).
Why interlude and not "since pre-lude"? Well most clans on barts would kick (and sometimes kos) bot players making those players forced to play alone before the merges happened. I can only speak for bartz though, I heard it was different on other servers. There were however a few exceptions that I can think of:

Awakening (used to do bot archer parties in Antharas Lair)

If you really need to play L2 go with a private server with fixes and bot protection.
This is bot/PVP script paradise. Naia is no exception.

I dont think botting make you rich here. have you guys actually look on the ground how many adenas and items are on the ground ?
another thing are those naked robots running around soa collecting the seeds. I wonder how profitable is that :D
If you have 10,000 mindless drones killing without shots and picking up 24/7 even those tiny piles of adena add up. Thats why every nerf they do to drops will not decrease bots, but will only magnify the problem.
If they wanted to get rid of bots all they would have to do is be honest about their goals and take adena out of the system entirely so the shop became the economy base. That would get rid of 90% of the bots, problem is it would get rid of most players as well, and though they may not want to admit it, in KR, as long as they are over level 85 and not a scam account, they welcome even the bots.

I only know this because a clan I had been on magmeld before I went back to chronos started using it,hence I left a clan that USED to be legit players and turned script users. there was basic and premium. Don't ask me the difference because I don't know that part without going and looking at the god forsaken site. Makes me feel dirty for even talking about.
The scripts are updated by players and programmers alike, scripts are a lucrative black market too. As we know the best PvP scripts are traded for castle ownerships, OE gear and you name it. There's a few ways to running your bots,but there's actual blogs and guides about it out there. In fact I can tell you that even the botters had the warnings on ban hammers from a inside "source". All of this sh^t I've heard on vent so it's no lie.
So all you people who think you can compete with a scripted toon..guess again, it's a whole different ball game on the dark side. I'm sure there's other things out there I don't know about..I don't even wanna know frankly.

Hrrm ? I'm not denying anything Peri said, in a way I'm actually expanding on it. We all know what program she means, for whatever reason I view that more as a "PvP" program and I think of the free programs more as bots, I'm aware that those other two programs can be used for botting as well.

u still need to play alot..............once u maxed ur % tats, there is no script that can block u out or even win against u.
before i quited and sold my toon my archer had 9.800 p.def and 4.4 m.def 1184 atk speed at oly with rapid shot. the stuff i got on my toon without the buffs was +20% phisical tats +20% mental tats from dual certificates, all passives+8 and actives+8,+6r99 2SA bow, +6 r99 set, 30% resist reflect dmg soul tezza (more phisical and mental tats, dont remember how much), zaken (stun, mental, vampiric), regular istina earring (stun, vampiric), baium and aq, longing talisman, +6 shiny shirt, eyepatch with % stun, and valakas circlet with % knockbak. 120 str/70dex/87con
once i hit 99 i participate 2 months at oly first one lost to ijarpo and the second on i played less than 30 matchs since ND and nova xfer out of chronos and i lose the hero to loko cos enmity fed him. before that i was able to get in on the top 10 every month i tried and wasnt even 99.
once u maxed % tats, no script is able to cancel a stun cast and since the % stun tats is on maxed it ll be 18 seconds (dont know the debuff time now), same goes for every debuff my archer had.
so when u reach endgame, I MEAN, the real end, scripts ll aloud someone to unbind, bird cleanse or disparition, just that.
btw the scripts arent spensive, ranger one for pve cost less than 10 dollars, same for pvp.
20 dollar month, if u use on ncwest = 1 key for every l2 client ur pc can run. ppl at innova need to buy the bypass programlike 300 euros for the rest of the life, otherwise is a tool for only 1 acc if u dont have premium acc.
this one is by far better than ranger and its scripts are = cheap.

the illegal program won't make anyone 1 shot ppl, the illegal program ll lock a target, cast interupt/ or use some bind skill in certain moment of the fight.
so once u reach the real endgame, its up to u and if u decide to join a clan/cp or whatever and if in the end u still got ur *** kicked is time to realize that u need to learn more or move on.
all i said on my previous post i made using fingers in front of my monitor playing the game, the 4 stuff i didnt had the oportunity to put my hands on were the 3 dragon jewells+tauti, i could even sell a trasken back there, the problem was, i bought my stuff when all the the r99 and other stuff are on max prices, i lose toooo much adena cos of it. i quit the game for a simple matter of "i reach a point where i coundt overcome".
first of all, i spent 14b on my +6 r99bow 2sa (not count the 9b spend on enchants), one year later, toons of PVE +6 bow for 20b start to appear at the AH, that made me sick.
second, the 3 dragon jewells combind cost 210b. yeah, i got lucky twice on this game, selling a trasken and a blessed r99bow, but this 2 combined was like 90b, look at this gap, its alot adena, playing by hand without join a clan it ll be impossible to fulfill. (i know that u guys are having a bad time with adena drop now, maybe those stuff got lower now i dont know)
third and final, there was no point in joining a clan on chronos, i explained this some many times on forum that i wont do it again. maybe without a clan i could get heroe title once more, but this would take alot effort, without feed points. would take tooo much time and effort to improve my gear without a clan. make those things legit without a clan is something close to impossible.
than i quit, tired to fight ppl that had bots farming adena, and on the first oportunity i made a deal with a good friend of mine, and move, i used this experience and made a article for my college work, learn everything i could about rmt, 3rd and other stuff ^^

I'm a her not a him. It's not made up crap. It's absolutely true. This was all discussed on vent by real people using these paid bot programs. I heard every bit of it including the "source" on the ban hammer info.
Do you honestly think that I sit here and make this sh^t up for the hell of it? Go read those forums for some of those programs. They literally buy/sell/trade scripts. PvP ones are popular as bubbles said.
