Hi i play since 2 days on the server. I was playing first time Pailaka instance with sword of fire and ice. When i was on the boss Adiantum he and all mobs dissapear and all the other NPC. After a while nothing happanaed. I heard server had NPC back but my instance is still empty! This means i cant finish quest for C grade weapon and get my 180k.. I tried relog, restard game, restard quest nothing helps, instance stays emty.. Please can you fix this bug?

We used to hunt Raid Bosses and about one hour ago all NPC's disappear and RB also, and after short time NPC's are back but all alive RB's are gone :confused:
NCsoft do you hear me? it's broke our fun and teamplay :(
