Tyr Duelist - R99 Heavy or R99 Light?

So, Basilcally..
As final Gear.. Would be nice use Heavy or Light?
Lets consider a +6 Light and a +6 Heavy set.

both maybe

heavy vs tyrrs and tank
light vs rest classes
