Of course, I sent an request to support and received this response:
"Account [[email protected]] has been permanently closed for violations of the User Agreement. This account will no longer be accessible and can never be reactivated.
The account was confirmed to have been involved in the use of a third party software and/or directly benefited from the use of a third party software in conjunction with the Lineage 2 service. I am unable to provide you with any more detailed information regarding our detection methods. By displaying the information we have collected and sharing this with you, we would be supplying you with data that could be used in the future to avoid our methods of identification and detection."
A ask recheck my account - what a going on? I'm dont use any illegal software. Character just stood in WH in town.Someone faced with such a problem?

02. Using movie cancel program or any program that make loops? it also trade as third program.

They actually ban someone here? And if then wrong characters? What are all those bots doing out there?! Someone reported recently that they cannot even do their dailies anymore because of areas filled with bots.
Almost any banned botter will tell you he was legit and did not use any soft to play.
That much is certain, but even to avoid confusion is relatively easy and ban the right ones is just about logging their GM toons in, teleporting to areas, seeing strange groups/strangely behaving individuals and hit the ban button. If we can see immediately they have to see too. In about every major town there is a sitting bot advertising 210 mil. Adena for around 5-8$ and no one gives a flying f*.

The piece quoted is enough to understand that if you, lets say, are mentor of bots you can also get caught by it. Just dont mentor those endless NEED MENTOR requests you can see in Party Match (if you look at the names they are pre-mades for bots clearly) because if you do, you might be get banned for that. Anyway being in town doing nothing is very suspicious...

Lol what? A banned botter knows for what he was banned so he starts another account from 100500 he have and continue to bot. Where is logic to go cry on forums about that he got banned?

Hapenned to my CL, his char was banned for nothing, they claimed he used bot, he had this account from Interlude so he payed for it, but nobody cares they wrote that he used bot and thats all. In reality he came on CRP raid somebody puted a spy bot there, GM came and banned all who was on that territory together with this bot. U have right to ask for unban about 3 times after they will close the case.
I was banned as well, and couldn't play my char for 2 weeks or so, the support said that someone stole my account :) After giving all proofs I could provide, they did unban me, so if you didn't use any 3-rd party soft to automate gameplay - the support will unban you, good luck.

Let me tell you this, once I went to a L2 forum (@ goha.ru) and saw a "Please sign my petition for unban!" thread. The petition itself contained all kinds of heart-piercing, soul-stirring stuff, it described how innocent the thread starter was, how unfair his ban was, and how his 8 little kids were going to become orfans when he commits suicide protesting against the sooo unfair ban.
Guess what, there were dozens of people reporting they've signed the petition (i.e. sent mails to NCsoft).
The thread started was a known cheater, yet one of his deliberate supporters, just for conscience' sake, asked him: "Do honestly tell us, did you really bot?"
"OF COURSE I DID!!!11" was the honest answer.
Even after that, more and more players kept signing the petition.
And let me tell you, such behavior, both from the petition starter's and the signers' side, is quite typical.
Now you might ask, "Why? Where's the logic???"
I dunno, maybe they did it out of sense of false comradery, or something like that.
By the way some of those petition signers still play on Chronos, you might want to ask them what they think.
Guys, I'm not trying here to soften someone or something like that (I know that my English is "really not much"). I'm just trying to understand the logic bothunters - for that character who was just standing in world - ban? Even if it was transferred to GM-room - the character just stood there, the window was not active, I even had a second laptop in sleep mode. I noticed only missing buff + 5%. I continued to write in support of, and the second part:
Am i: - You really are crazy or what? What software? Which violated ?! Character stay in a warehouse of Goddard. Just STOOD THERE. From the second laptop plays my girlfriend and then not often. So this time, no one tuch a laptop. I played a regular character on my computer, and Oniksion was loaded only buff + 5%. That's all - NO PROGRAMS I DO NOT USE, a character just could not do anything - to him no one has not been touched. Check it again. What a hell happend?!

After thoroughly reviewing this incident, I have found no errors or inconsistencies in the reviews of your appeal requests nor was I able to find any errors in the decision to terminate the account.
Though we regret having to take these types of actions, we believe it is in the best interest of our service that the account remains permanently closed due to the previously indicated rules violation.
At this time, we must also respectfully inform you that any further questions regarding the account termination may be closed without response.

Not the first time you say? My girlfriend's laptop, used exclusively for the window on the 5% buff.

This is same message my CL got a year ago word in word. Do u know why? Because in reality there are no alive GMs in NCWest support, u get answers from robots aka bots. Bots ban people claiming them in boting, same bots answering in support. Welcome to the Skynet MMORPG.
