So I just got lvl 3 superior speed mastery and was thinking how sweet will that be and how quick im gonna be, just awesome basically. but when I've learned the skill instead of the +15 speed I was supposed to get I only got +3, please explain??? Although I was fully buffed, but it still shouldn't affect it.
Don't tell me that the skill description showed the total I will have once I've learned lvl 3, so basically lvl 1 skill = 5, lvl 2 = 5 or whatever, and then lvl 3 = 5 or 3 in my case?
so i am assuming this is the first time ever that you've read your skills as you were taking them? they always display the new bonus as opposed to the increase in bonus from previous skill. it's most easily spotted in m.def passives. because imagine how nice it would be o get hundreds of m.def every few levels. also sub skills with 1,2,3 or so %.
