In-game Password

I reset my NCsoft acct password, do i still need to reset the game password or is the NCsoft password the same now? If so could someone please list out the links i need to click on to change the ingame password. I know how to change the pin... i just cannot find the reset ingame password.

Is a master account ... if u change the NCsoft pass, automatic change the game pass.

ok...

1. i reset the ncsoft login

2. i tried to login game with account and new password from the NCsoft master account

3. I still cannot login

when i go to billing... it shows a column name " Account Applied Too "... is the the account name that i need to use to login the game?????????

IF you coming after a log time to the game you have probably missed that old account name has to be changed to email address


You are right game pass is same as master account pass


If you reset your master account password do not use special characters as ? or / or ! or @


Use JustBunchOfAlphabetAndNumbers


Use the email address in format [email protected] as login name and the pass you have chosen.

i guess it was the invalid character i had in my password.... that it allowed on the website but not on the game...
