I want to explain what happened saturday: in the server chronos in wall of argos i have repeatedly killed some bots parties (full party chars with bow) and their protectors (iss and wynn related), for some hours
After few hours, i found my accounts BLOCKED: ''NC account has been permanently blocked'' it's the message.
Almost all these accounts are with a char lv 1, why the **** are blocked?
I thought that my accounts has been hacked by the bots, but how it's possible to know all my emails associated with accounts? Only NCSoft can know it
I tried to report this to NC Support yesterday, but the support doesn't help me at the moment, i still don't have answers
So i'm thinking about one thing, NCSoft has blocked my accounts because i killed bot parties?
My accounts are blocked, not banned....i don't have any reasons explained and i can't log in my NC account, no emails with explanation, nothing
I tried yesterday to create a new account (with a char lv 1, not exped): yesterday nothing happened, the account works.....but today, IT'S BLOCKED! ''NC account has been permanently blocked'' AGAIN!
How can this be??
I didn't understand.If your accounts are blocked permanently,doesn't that mean you are banned ?
They will probably unban you,since there had been many incidents (false ban) like this before.

The account here doesn't seem banned.Afaik if you get ban ingame your forum acc also gets banned.
Also woa is my favorite spot for botkilling with my pk.

Then can it be that,someone reached your account pass and trying to log-in game while can't pass trough character pin and causing your account to get blocked ?

My passwords are impossible, they are very difficult, i can exlude this, they are impossible to guess

Well password difficulty means nothing,since noone is ever gonna bother trying to find your password,by '' trying ''.Even if you make it 1234567890 or asf3dfsdgczbhaw3trsg it has the same probabilty to get hacked,by a keylogger,trojan.If your block passed 8 hours,try loggin in again and let's see if you are blocked by a gm or hacker.
If your block is lifted somehow.Change your all accounts' informations after you re-installed windows.
If not,i have nothing else to say,but expecting a reply from support.

The accounts are blocked permanently, so i don't think it's a block for a ''fail enter'' in my accounts
When i try to log in the account blocked (in the game, not in the site), i have no messages.....just return back
Into an account banned i think that i should have a message ''your account is banned'' or something like this
I think it's probably the pin system blocked your account because it is hacked or the system though you were hacked.
You must prove support that you are the owner of the account by giving them correct information and since you say that they won't reply,i can only say wait.
Unless your accounts got blocked for a few hours after repeated failed attempts at logging in.
But you claim your accounts are permanently blocked, therefore they're banned...
Also, since your game accounts and forum accounts are linked, theoretically your banned game accounts can't post on the boards. But duh, I don't see the "banned" label on that forum account...
If you log into a master account on the site you should be able to see the status, if it says "status: banned" then you have your answers.
Did you create those accounts with junk emails? I know of a person who created a lot of accounts to farm Tersi's Light event with expendable email addresses and those accounts were permabanned few hours later.
permanently blocked = banned
so if in your "legitness" you went and created 200 accounts from the same IP the system assumed you are farmer and banned you
But I am sure the conspiracy theory that evil NCSoft banned you for killing bots is more fun
(for your reference I have a yul with ~ 1300 pks on bots and a Summoner that has been 85 since the day GoD launched and has done nothing except Mark bots, neither of them are blocked or banned)

You can have your L2 account banned but still be able to login to the master account, play Aion or whatever
Or you can have the whole master account banned including everything under it
You fall in the latter

The NC Accounts are not banned............i repeat that if they were banned, i could enter and see the status banned.....and maybe i should have also an explanation by email i think....
PK is bad, very bad. Nice to see some justice.
if that the case, then block other account to, for example, who buff the rbs.
its also a bad thing, and must punished.
sometimes its happen that NCsoft ban legit players for some reason or maybe its made now automated or based on some "points" system
just imagine: you kill bots, they all /botreport you back, with some time ncsfot programs see that you have 1k reports and autoban you
another imagination: ppl report bots in some location and ncsoft just ban all ppl there (1,2 legits dosnt matter)
etc...
so probably you just unlucky person :)
but i see 1 thing that you add - about new accounts, usual that things happens if lot of accounts was made on same adress, so maybe you not so fair with us
