I know Titans go berserk for Tauti and slashers, but ever think about a pole. Did a quick dmg test between slasher +5 dark single sa vs pole +5 single sa dark the dmg difference makes a irrelevant 150k dmg more on the slasher but the pole increase to about 1419 more dmg than slasher when using eruption and hurricane storm. Can I get some input, if anyone has tried this. Right now I'm running around with a pole arm. This is strictly for Pvp purposes.

Eruption and Hurricane Storm gain 50% skill power when using a pole.

Titan is not good in open/mass pvp.
Titan could trick people a few times if you wanted to gank with SoS buff and are at < 30% hp with frenzy using tauti 2h blunt. If anybody takes notice of you though you will get 1 shot without giants barrier.
Titan is good in Oly and vs. raid bosses. Tauti Knockdown is pretty clutch in oly given the frequency and land rate.
Don't know what to tell you otherwise, for open/mass pvp other classes just work better. Can't be pro melee dps for raids and be good at pvp i suppose.
worse than both, the point of the spear is hitting multiple targets with auto attacks.
That is something that is irrelevant in pvp.

Your going into depth on this and loosing the point. Clearly Titan isn't good in Pvp compared to other class. But if I were to Pvp 7vs7 is the pole not the best weapon? Allowing you to do more damage with 2 skills which 1 is almost spam able depending on your set up. I'm just asking if that my hypothesis is correct or not. With more dmg with skills overtime is the pole best option for using strictly skills. Not worried about regular attack swing skill wise since 2 skills allows more dmg. Clearly not the best option to Pvp with tyrr but for Pvp would pole be the ideal weapon.

Sure, if you had to open pvp with a tyrr titan without SoS/2h blunt trickery, then sure get an S80 Pole with Health, 300 element and {PvP}.

There are no R+ poles with Health, Poles make TWO of your attack skills hit 50% harder.
S80 SA gives 5%, {PvP} on a health weapon gives another 5%, so you are at parity with regards to PvP bonus.
You can not use a weapon without +HP SA in any sort of Serious PvP on a Tyrr.
if there was no 2H R+ with health, id go for s80 pole. But since Tauti has it with Haste...also the thing is titan has too much downtime, unlike duelist/warlord who can spam skills. The knockdown is a nice tool imo for a bit more burst in short time while providing crowd control.

I have a +13 s80 pole with Pvp and the dmg done in Pvp is **** compared to my dark pole +5 with a sa. 3k dmg difference. So your telling me to go rock a s grade is a complete joke. Before this update I would understand but it's not how it use to be. Go test out s grade +15 vs +4 r99 dual swords Patk changes things now.
Of course not health and haste is the way to go. Maybe I'm wording this whole thing wrong. I'll give a better explanation when I'm near my computer. This phone spell check is annoying.

Bolded, I said dark stormer is better, but unless you have a good one with decent OE/full SA its just not better than 25% more HP and Old school {PvP}.

You would get the health sa, you would get the haste sa you would get the bonus from dark. And you would have a shield for a little more survivability, I understand you still lose out on the bonus skill power on 2 skills from the pole but I'm thinking this or a Tauti 1h might be a better way to think about it.

You end up losing out on the frenzy bonus for using a two handed sword,blunt, and/or spear. Only way of getting the frenzy bonus is by using those weapons.
