Hello i want ask what is better for tyr , like title say r95 +8 or r99 +8 is better (i not have plans yet make the r99 bloody or dark),i just ask because i see the r95 attack type give +6% skill power. Thnx about your information.
Even if you have no plans, the dark/bloody option is going to make the R99 a much better option in the long run.
Unless you literally have no plans to ever make any part of it dark/bloody even if you came into possessions of the means to do so.. in which case the 95 would likely be superior, especially if you can get some of the parts blessed.
Actually, the best choice if you can afford it is +8 R99 Leather set.
It has skill power boost, you get some nice bonuses from your mastery for it, you get skill cooldown from the set, you get the option to make it dark/bloody in the future.
It surprises me that people still equate Skill Power with Skill Damage. This is simply wrong. +6% Skill POWER does not equal +6 % increased Skill DAMAGE. Here is an example:
"X" has a skill power of 35,000; a Seraph Hvy Set will add 6% power to the skill, raisings the value to 37,100 (35,000*1.06=37,100). When you factor in damage variation, element attack/resist, PvP attack/defense modifications, and normal p. defense you will literally be unable to see an increase in damage.
So, in conclusion, get r99 it has a lot more PDef and 1 more CON (or STR depending on set option). Additionally, as someone else already mentioned, unless u are a hardcore PvPer get light.

If 150 p.def is A LOT MORE then I still think it's not worth the billions more you'll pay for an R99
R99 set is only worth if you make it Dark, even the bloody is waste of stuff. Who wants "npc damage received -%"? Unless you're a tank pve forever
if u want a better damage on pvp go for lights, gives much bonus for pve/pvp
but u will also take more dmg from ppl.
with heavy u'll be more tanky but will do a lil less dmg so it rly depend ur play style.
