TL;DR
- I am LV 80 Cardinal (Noblesse)
- What is best LV 80 Robe SET for my class now?
- What is best LV 80 Weapon for my class (SOLO EXP till 99 i think)
- How long +/- does it take to hit LV 99 from LV 80 (i will be playing for about 5h-8h/day)
- Where i should for solo exp?
I know that LV 80 is nothing these days but still want to back...

How did your toon not get deleted if you're back from a 5 years pause? There were at least 3 NC toon wipes.

1st get mentor then up 85, then make awake quest and then search for clan and friendly ppl who will help you to up...

mentor may be any char 85+, if he send you mente inv and you accept then till he is online you get free 24/7 buff
PoA in old time was like you say but not now :( well with done quest you get coins who you may change for >S grade items but you have that for sure...
if you make awake with mentor you will get mente certificate who you change for 40 mente dipolomas and in mentor npc with that 40 you may get event (no sell/trade) items like 1 R grade set, jewel R set, 1 weapon R grade.

well you may use your old gear or with done of deyle/one time q you get coins who change for S grade (but you proly have S grade so i say they you not need...), you may make awake your 80lvl char with B/A/S grade, you not need s80... that was my point...
yes, you will have option to get all R grade what you need for free like permanent items just they are "event" (no sell/trade)
Find a mentor that's online a lot, you'll get a 50% XP boost and perma buffs (buffs are available from the newbie npc until 91).
Go to the L2 store in game and buy the 1 adena steel support box. This will give you 500 steel coins to buy S grade gear.
Dynasty Staff with the Steel Coins (newbie manager guy) and whatever armor and jewels you can afford with what coins are left.
Do all the Kerporous (Golden Question Mark) Quests for more steel coins, tons of xp, enchants (to npc) and element stones (save these). As you get more coins you can return steel items for a full refund and get something better.
If you can find a good friend to follow in Bloody Swamp you can do 80->85 in a couple of hours. If not just stay in Dragon Valley etc.
85+
DONT bother getting a weapon with mentee diploma, then don't come with SA and you can buy shots with diplomas later on.
Dyn staff will be miles cheaper on shots and as healer you'll xp fastest in party matching groups, k85 etc. A cheap A or S grade mana up weapon might help for parties. R shots cost a ton and you won't benefit much from an R weapon when healing.
If you have Adena then it might be good to buy the cheapest pre-elemented immortal robe set you can buy... you can re-sell this later and use the element stones from the quest on a weapon later on.
If you don't have Adena then a robe set from mentee should last you a while and you can use the element stones you got from the quests on it.
Soloing isn't great on healer after 85 unless you can AOE. A Steel Dynasty staff should keep costs of shots down whilst still giving decent damage output, eventually you'll want a higher m.atk weapon with 300 element.

Yeah, I guess that could be hard, I can't remember how I got a mentor, it's been so long.
For Solo at 85->90 you may be able to pull groups of mobs in Bloody Swamp and AOE them using your AOE nukes. If you have your summon out (but not attacking), then they will often attack the summon, rather than you, it will automatically run circles round you to avoid taking too much damage.
I did this in different spots all the way up to 99, but only when bored, parties are much better ways to level.

I can do solo for some time, i am familiar with hardcore grind, so i will be fine for now as long i will have S grade gear. And after few weeks i will figure the new game out and will be easier.
