The biggest joke in lineage 2 today is the bot reporting system through support on the web site. I find it funny on forums when GM says please report the people through support. LMAO....To date on my 2-3 accounts I use I have reported 100+ bots with screen shots, video and locations and have not seen any of them banned for it. In fact some are already 99. I see them now all geared up lvl 99 pvping now when in fact they were botting all the time and reported only for nothing to happen.
FACT: this really happened.... I was 78 and plvl at swamps for a little by a wynn. The guy was botting and told me i can have account for 200 mil. I laughed, cause i dont have 200mil, anyways he did not speak English and for some reason gave me account info. I went red on his account. I kid you not the next day my account banned... not his account my legit account... just shows the GM's here are pets!!! go ahead you just killing the game....
the GM only ban none factors ... get used to it.. they are not going to ban the big 99/99/80/80 ppl or hero's they spend to much $$... and they have lil gm pet friends... I understand what you said u made this guys toon red and next day you were banned. He has a BM pet.
I did not stay in the group i used the account i thought i wanted, due to lack of communication... then i killed all the bots in swamps, next 48 hours I try log in nothing.. then I go to account and BANNED.. For what making a bot red lol. or killing other bots?
hard to tell if any of it works because they wont tell you the outcome. without feedback its just a waste of time and no satisfaction as a customer.
Yeah I'm not sure how effective it is. I've reported bots before and they essentially said they reprimanded them. Guessing they gave them a 3 day ban lol.
yea and literately within 5 min of submitting ticket you just get a auto response and the ticket is closed..... in 1 day i submitted about 35 tickets , no resolve at all. Juji you tell us to use this system, you tell us it works, yet you have hero's in chat saying they are bots, using scripts, porting out to protect there bots and you do nothing. Even with screen shots sent in to you. Even with video... Hell im in clan with a hero on chronos and he uses script and i reported him cause I want a clean server and you still do nothing. AMAZING... Sorry all just it amazes me how easy it is to spot a bot or tell someone is using scripts in pvp and yet the all mighty GM still can seem to tell....or they just turn their heads for a few people...
