I have the same problem like you. But in last week,
then open a topic in the forum, the Vali sent me an email with the answer to one ticket. I believe that their support has a problem because I never received any email from them, if not send me Vali I would never have the answer.
Vali Thank you for giving me the answer, I'm upset that suportt not properly assess the technical data of my account and give me a reply on my request for a reassessment of my account.
Tell me why should i forget about my bann? I have work hard on account over 1 year !
:D:D:D is simple forget acount, when you will be legit and force your as day and night like me for 3 years, to make lvl 99 alone on a othell class with random partyes , you disurve respect, for your knowlege att least, iff you continue like you dide before im glad that ncsoft ban not your acount your net board:D:D:D to not join antil you buy a new pc:D:D:D
