Additionally from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central, store pages and purchases will be unavailable.

It says 12 pm GMT, but servers go down at 1 pm GMT, same thing last week.

Make a post on the technical help forum.

I was also having the GG 114 Error. The fix that worked for me was turning off Razer Synapse. It seems that GG is blocking the new patch to it. So if you are having this issue and you use Razer products that could be your issue as well. Down side is that until GG or Razer resolve this your razer products are reduced to plain old junky mouse/keyboard. Hope this helps you.
