While the Right Sidestep can be Force Attack, I don't know why the Left Sidestep can't use as force attack. Other class that have stun effect skilles all can be use as force attack but not to Evis ! This will prevent Evis "initiative" the attack when PvP compare to other classes !

Because it is a stun that causes no damage, and could easily be used to grief the holy bejesus out of people.
That used to be a good reason. But now you can dot people down to nothing, turn them to stone, lift them in the air, and more, all when they are not flagged, and all with absolutely 0 chance of you going red.
Not arguing against why it doesn't work in this case, just that the reasoning itself no longer really holds up.
